With women gradually advancing at top management in the media, I have noticed a trend.  Major newspapers are now having a section that addresses women.  Something tells me, it is more than addressing women. Perhaps they have seen Ms. Representation and are now waking up from sleeping for too long.  It is also paying off to have women and girls issues addressed for these companies as well. Of course, many of them have women leading at some level to assist in this area, and realize the benefits.  Nonetheless, I like the change and this is great for both sides.  I personally visit e-news websites frequently that address women issues, than those who do not.  Women will have to show the world that without them, there’s no growth.  How we prove this is by playing smart and keep fighting for equality.  Just remember, “Those who can win a war well can rarely make a good peace and those who could make a good peace would never have won the war-Churchill.
